About Runed Arcanite Rod

The Runed Arcanite Rod is an absolutely essential item for any enchanter in Classic or while they are levelling in Enchanting in other stages of the game.

This tool of the trade has to be crafted and to do that you are going to have to get a pattern in Classic, in later versions it's simply taught by a trainer. The original vendor however is Lorelae Wintersong, who can only be found in Moonglade.

Crafting the Rod itself requires the following materials:

Arcanite Rod, which is made by Blacksmiths
10 Illusion dust
4 Greater Eternal Essence
4 Small Brilliant Shard
2 Large Brilliant Shard
