The Old Rusty Key opens Old Rusty Chests around Mechagon. These keys are dropped by a few murlock mobs who are also located in Mechagon, these are:
- Seaspit
- Chief Curglrrmrgur
- Seaspray Forager
- Seaspray Murlock
- Seaspray Champion
- Seaspray Oracle
The Old Rusty Chests can drop 2-10 Sentry Fishes, which in turn provide the player with 2-3 Spare Parts each.
