The Irontide Lockbox Key opens Irontide Lockboxes around Mechagon. These keys are dropped by a few murlock mobs who are also located in Mechagon, these are:
- Seaspit
- Chief Curglrrmrgur
- Seaspray Forager
- Seaspray Murlock
- Seaspray Champion
- Seaspray Oracle
These usually drop only some Sentry Fish and some junk items, but they also have a chance to drop Paint Bottle: Nukular Red, which is a quest item that begins the quest Paint Bottle: Nukular Red. Which entails giving the item to Kram Kelada, and as a reward allows the player to paint their hovercraft red.
