This is one of the items required for the quest – Warsong Supplies in Ashenvale and Stranglethorn Vale. The quest is given by Locke Okarr in Splintertree Post, while the items of interest are mostly located in Stranglethorn Vale. The quest requires the players to gather the following items:
The axes can be found in Booty Bay, on the pier where you get off the ship. You need to talk to Wharfmaster Lozgil and then it will be around the bigger stacks of crates, somewhere near him.
The quest awards the player with some Orgrimmar reputation as well as one of the three rare items:
