This rather bizarre blood-tick mount – Reins of a Tamed Bloodfeaster, which teaches you how to summon a mount – Leaping Veinseeker. Moreover, while it might not seem like it, it is a flying mount, although not one for those faint of heart.
This mount is considered one of the harder ones to acquire, thus also making it that much more exclusive of an item. The issue is that it is a zone-drop in Nazmir. That means that the majority of monsters there have a small chance to drop it.
Reportedly, one recommended method of farming this mount is around 59, 22 in Nazmir. It's an area with a lot of Loa-Gutter Drudges, which spawn quickly, have a decent drop-chance for the mount, while also being quite farmable.
