The Recipe: Greater Nature Protection Potion teaches the player how to craft the potion – Greater Nature Protection Potion. While it's more of a curious potion right now in Retail, it used to be quite important in Classic World of Warcraft.

This potion, Classic used to be more potent, since it could shield the player, preventing between 1950 and 3250 damage from nature, which was extremely useful in some instances, like Ahn'Qiraj and Princess Huhuran.

In Classic, the recipe is obtained in Western Plaguelands, by grinding Rotting Behemoths and Decaying Horrors. These can be found in a cave located on the western bank of the river, north of the Caer Darrow.

Beware though, since the drop rate for the Recipe: Greater Nature Protection Potion is very low, it reportedly would take about 10 hours of farming solo, and about 1-3 hours with a party of three.
