The Prestigious Forest Courser is one of the mounts rewarded for Prestige levels, as part of the new PvP system introduced in the Battle for Azeroth expansion. It is a reward for hitting level 125 of Honor, which can be acquired simply by grinding honor and doesn’t require any particular ratings.
