About Nether Anti-Toxin
The Nether Anti-Toxin is a must-have trinket for any healer. Aside from a small stat bonus, it provides a proc, that is granted to the target of your healing spells. While the boost might not seem that substantial, it procs very often, an in a raid situation it is absolutely possible to maintain it on 3 players at the same time. Although, it is important to note that the buff only procs in combat.
The Nether Anti-Toxin can be obtained from Nal'Tira in The Arcway, although the drop chance is not that great and as such it can take a while to drop.
