Long Regal Sinew is a crafting item required for Mallet of Thunderous Skins, which is necessary to activate the Drums of Primal Might for a 30-minute, random buff, granting either:
- 450 stamina and 500 armor
- 400 agility, strength or intellect depending on the primary stat of the player
- An increasing speed buff that increases the speed by up to 50% after 10 seconds of running
The item has a very low drop chance, dropping mainly from the undead Devilsaur mobs in Nazmir, namely the Vilebone Ravagers, Reanimated Monstrosities, and Urok.
