The only way to obtain the Hyper-Compressed Ocean is to finish the second part of the achievement series, Secret Fish and Where to Find Them. In order to attempt it, one needs to first finish the part one Secret Fish of Mechagon.
The achievements are about finding secret fish using Secret Fish Goggles.
The achievements are particularly difficult, however, they require a substantial amount of effort since some of the fish spawn only in particular zones, or even specific areas of these zones. Moreover, few even require a specific hour in order for them to spawn.
Upon using the Secret Fish Goggles a fish will spawn within 40 yards. The player is also able to hear bubbles when it happens. The best idea is to find an open space with no obstructions. Upon clicking on the fish, it can be looted.
