For some reason this one page has a drop rate significantly lower than the other ones, for that reason it also is priced significantly better in the Auction House, since these can be bought and sold. However, there is a good spot to obtain the Green Hills of Stranglethorn - Page 8. You should head to the Kurzen Camp, which is in the cave (entrance: 45.6 8.30) and kill Kurzen mobs. Reportedly, clearing the area of the Kurzen mobs once or twice should do the trick, unless you are unlucky.
