About Gem of the First Khan
An item acquired by slaying the Spirit of Kolk in Maraudon in Desolace. He can be found in the room where the player has to create the portal for Inner Maraudon. Moreover, in order to attack him, the player needs to use the Amulet of Spirits you get from the Nameless Prophet.
It is part of the quest – The Pariah's Instructions, which sends you on the quest to slay the Nameless Prophet along with first five centaur Khans. To complete the quest the player needs to acquire all five gems:
- Gem of the First Khan
- Gem of the Second Khan
- Gem of the Third Khan
- Gem of the Fourth Khan
- Gem of the Fifth Khan
Having obtained all the gems, the player needs to craft the Amulet of Union in order to complete the quest.
