The Frostwolf Snarler along with the Stormpike Battle Ram, the two being the Horde and Alliance versions, respectively, of the same mount.
This is a reward for the achievement – Alterac Valley of Olde, which requires the players to participate in the PvP event, which is essentially the Classic version of Alterac Valley, although in a bit of a more drawn-out version, and with everyone's levels being equalized to level 60, no matter their real level. Hence, you can participate as early as level 10.
The achievement requires you to get 200 Timewarped Badges from quests. The fastest way of doing that is to go for Armor Scraps. These can be turned in for progress and badges. You get about 1% for 40 of them and each player slain drops between 20-40 of them per corpse. Which is in reality much easier than it looks on paper.
There is also a plethora of other interesting items to get from this so it should be also an interesting experience in other ways. Do note that as soon as you complete the quest, the Frostwolf Snarler will automatically be given to you.
