This item is necessary to build the player's relations with the Nightfallen, being part of the quest chain – Nightfallen But Not Forgotten.
Having completed the quest line, the player can obtain a Nightfallen Cache, which can drop the Leywoven Flying Carpet and quest item for the Reins of the Llothien Prowler.
This particular item is part of the quest Arcane Thirst in Suramar. To obtain the item the player needs to battle two banshees who are at

To do it quickly it is recommended to either stun the Ancient Keeper, while avoiding spells from Keeper Selentia, or you can also break Selentia's immunity by killing the Eternal Tether at the end of a beam which comes from her, kill the Keeper herself and collect 6 Crystallized Ancient Mana.
