The Conch of Wa'mundi is a reputation item available to both sides except for the Horde it is made available using the Unshackled reputation, rather than Waveblade Ankoan, like it is for the Alliance.
The item is a rather expensive one, given that its retail price is 6.500 gold.
What it does is first of all, if you are in Nazjatar, it is going to teleport you to a random location around Kul'Tiras or Zuldazar. However, if you are in deep water, outside of Nazjatar, you are brought there. The latter function seems to only work from Kul'Tiras or Zuldazar, not just any deep water, counted as the place in the water where you start suffering fatigue.
The coolest part about using the Conch of Wa'mundi is that you get picked up by a huge whale shark, which is certainly a must have on a bucket list of things to do in Azeroth.
