This item was a very exclusive cloak that has a low chance of dropping from Champions' Cache from Trial of the Crusader raid. However, it is important to note that this is only obtainable from the 25-man version of the raid.
Moreover, this item is Alliance-only, the Horde version is Shroud of Displacement.
This item is an interesting easter-egg, since it refers to an item from DnD, that made the player cast an illusion nearby their location negating the attack rolls of any attacking creature.
