About Clara's Fresh Apple
This item is one of the two objectives of the quest – Items of Some Consequence, in which the player is supposed to deliver to Tyrion the items he needs to disguise as a woman.
Clara's Fresh Apple can be found on the table in a small house, just outside Stormwind, on the right side of the road leading to Goldshire (33,57).
