The Blackhand's Breadth is a quest reward for the quest chain that happens entirely in the Blackrock Spire. Moreover, this item is considered, in Classic World of Warcraft, to be the best-in-slot Trinket for Hunters, Fury Warriors, Enhancement Shamans, Feral Druids, and Retribution Paladins. That is because in Classic this item provides the player with a flat 2% increase in Critical Strike chance.
To obtain this item you need to first loot the quest-starting item from the last boss of the Lower Blackrock Spire – Overlord Wyrmthalak. Afterwards, you will get a quest that requires you to kill Rend Blackhand – the last boss of the Upper Blackrock Spire. Afterwards, you can turn in the quest and get one of the three trinkets:
