Yesterday, a pre-patch appeared on the World of Warcraft Classic servers, which is the first step in connecting the game with The Burning Crusade expansion. Unfortunately, there were technical problems with considerable delays, but finally players were able to log into the new servers. After logging into the game, players of the classic version could choose whether their current character stays on the older version of the game or whether they want to transfer it to the "new" expansion.

Burning Crusade Classic is slated for June 1-2. However, players will now be able to familiarize themselves with the new mechanics of their characters in order to be ready to open the dark portal. It is also possible to level new Draenei races in the alliance and Blood Elf in the Horde.

Blizzard has introduced a few restrictions that are expected to appear on the release date of the expansion. In one hour, the number of dungeons that can be done is five, and the daily limit is thirty. In addition, a new icon representing the World of Warcraft Classic client has appeared in the Battle.net client. From now on, players don't need to switch between tabs. Another bonus is a special toy for players who will purchase a six-month subscription - Imp in a Ball toy. Imp was an item from the Trading Card Game, after using it, the player will receive an unusual and specific prediction.
