Blizzard, however, can surprise players. Secretly in patch 9.2.5, they introduced quests that allow you to customize your character's appearance to resemble a Dark Ranger.

Players who take the time to complete these quests will unlock the title Of Lordearon and new Dark Ranger gray skin and red eyes customization options for the Night Elves, Blood Elves, and Void Elves. Furthermore, you will get the Dark Ranger transmog option to be used on any Hunter if the quest is completed by the Hunters on your account.
