About Soul Prism of the Illidari

The Soul Prism of the Illidari is provided in the quest line in Azsuna, related to saving the Naaru using the soul of Illidan. This item is created by the player's efforts in the quests, the first quest starts at Allari the Souleater who is the quest giver through the three related quests:

  • The Hunt for Illidan Stormrage
  • Soul Prism of the Illidari
  • Trial of Valor: The Once and Future Lord of Shadows

The quests involve mainly, first, killing the Legion dungeon bosses, to find Lingering Soul Fragments, though it is quite time consuming due to the fact that they are not a guaranteed drop, although the difficulty of the dungeon affects the drop-rate.

The last quest provides you with the item – Soul Prism of the Illidari, which is to be used in order to capture Illidan's soul after defeating Helya in the Trails of Valor raid. The quest rewards the player with epic gear, the second one with waist piece or boots, and the last one with Hands or Shoulder pieces.
