This mount was introduced in patch 7.1 with the Karazhan instance. We can get it by meeting several requirements and defeating the boss, Nightbane. Each person in the party adds 20% to the chance of getting it. It is best to go there in a team of five, because we have a 100% chance that the mount will fall out of someone from the team.

When you enter the instance and open the first door, a countdown will start - unfortunately, this mechanism is not visible, so we have to hurry. Our task is to get five crystals located in Karazhan. Each obtained crystal adds us time.

• The first crystal is in front of the stage in the Opera, we have 8 minutes to get it.We have to defeat the first boss and kill most of the opponents in order not to be in the fight because we can't click the crystal then. After doing this, we get the Medivh's Echo buff, which tells us the time of 6 minutes. From now on, we can control the remaining time.
• Another crystal is on the left, right in front of the Maiden boss. We don't have to kill the boss, all we need to do is click the crystal.
• After killing the third Moroes boss, you will be able to collect the third crystal. Unfortunately, we will have to defeat this opponent. It is worth remembering to collect the opponent's keys to open the last door.
• The fourth crystal can be found in the basement. It is in the middle of the room, next to the portal. We will have to defeat many spiders living in the local regions.
• The last crystal will appear after killing the Curator boss.

By getting all the crystals, our earlier Echo buff turns into Medivh's Presence. From now on, we have exactly 5 minutes to talk to Medivh and summon Nightbane.
