About Krastinov's Bag of Horrors

This toy, Krastinov's Bag of Horrors, allows the player to transform into Doctor Theolen Krastinov, a crimson-dressed, undead who enjoys the sight of slaughter.

The toy is a guaranteed drop from Doctor Theolen Krastinov, who is a rare spawn in Heroic Scholomance, after it was remade in Mists of Pandaria. He appears in the room after Rattlegore. However, he can take a while to spawn since the chances of that happening are rather low.

Both the item and Doctor Theolen Krastinov are both references to the classical Scholomance, where he was one of the bosses, and his Krastinov's Bag of Horrors was a quest item acquired by killing him.
