These Incendosaur Scales are an item required for repeatable quests used to gain reputation with the Thorium Brotherhood, such as:

• Restoring Fiery Flux Supplies via Heavy Leather
• Restoring Fiery Flux Supplies via Iron
• Restoring Fiery Flux Supplies via Kingsblood

All of these require Incendosaur Scales, which are dropped by Incendosaurs in Searing Gorge. They can be found in the cave to the North, a good entrance can be found at 49, 45. Each mob drops 1-3 Incendosaur Scales.

However, to be able to receive these quests, the player has to first complete the elite quest for the Thorium Brotherhood – What the Flux?. Afterwards, all the quests can be turned-in to the Master Smith Burninate, at 38.6 28.6.
