The quest requires you to meet with an NPC in your faction's capital. Then you are going to be given an option of choosing one of three rewards:
Other than that, your success is going to be made public in the capital city of your faction while also providing everyone in the city who sees the head of Onyxia hanging from the city's gate with a buff – Rallying Cry of the Dragonslayer, granting 140 Attack Power, increasing critical chance of spells by 10% and melee and ranged critical chance by 5% for 2 hours.
